01. Filter plate pack closing: 300kg/m3 of hydraulic power - >15kg/cm2, 300ton/1.5m2, 400ton/1.5m2

 

02. Filtration: filtrate passes through filter cloth and then it’s discharged outside while solid cake remains in the chamber

 

03. Compression: cakes are compressed further to minimize water content %

 

04. Filter plate pack opening: all plates are simultaneously open

 

05. Cake discharge: All filter cloth moves up and down at the same time, discharging filter cakes to the final collection point

 

06. Filter cloth washing: remaining sludge on the cloth is washed
