Belt Press
Sludge in the feed hopper is sandwiched between two filter cloths (belts) and automatically dewatered by a system of high pressure rollers when going through gravity drainage section, high pressure section, and roller compression section.

Type
SP (Standard) : Standard belt press with 6-stage rollers using belt pressure which is inversely proportional to the roller diameter.
SPH (High pressure) : High pressure belt press with high pressure belts and hydraulic pressure.
SPHS (Extra high pressure) : Recommendable for the paper industry.
SPE : High pressure belt press for manufacturing and paper industry.
GBT (Gravity Belt Thickener) : Applicable to handle a wide range of sludge
Feature
-
Operation: Easy operation with sludge condensation adjustment system / automated PID control system.
-
Frame: easy maintenance.
-
Press: Horizontal and inclined alignment of rollers maximizing belt pressure (which is inversely proportional to roller diameter); long and wide sludge contact area from #1 to #6(7, 8, 9) stages; high dewatering efficiency from hydraulic pressure.
-
Dewatering rollers: 6-stage, 8-stage, 10-stage.
-
Bearing housing: Integrated type housing with oil seal, O-ring, multiple labyrinth seal, and lip seal ensures full protection against water and gas.
-
High pressure parts: hydraulic power enabled with only air supply (No need for a motor) / safety system installed to protect high pressure parts in case of overload / NBR belts highly resistant to abrasion and corrosion / multiple-pore main drive rollers and groove rollers to maximize dewatering efficiency.
